NACCIMA President Celebrates Aliko Dangote on Birthday, Hails His Industrial Impact Across Africa

The National President of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Engr. Jani Ibrahim, has extended warm congratulations to renowned industrialist and foremost business titan, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, on his birthday anniversary, today, April 10, 2026.



In the statement by National Public Relations Officer

NACCIMA, Mrs Madinat Adigun-Oladotun, NACCIMA President commended the huge investments Alhaji Aliko Dangote has made to the Nigerian economy and people through his Dangote Group.


He described the President and Chief Executive of Dangote Industries Limited as a global symbol of African enterprise and industriousness.


“Today, I join family, friends and multitudes of well-wishers to celebrate renowned industrialist Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, on his birth anniversary. He is a true titan of industry and a symbol of African enterprise and industriousness on the global stage,” Engr. Jani Ibrahim said in his birthday tribute.


“I acknowledge Alhaji Dangote’s contributions to the Nigerian economy through his creative and visionary investments. There is no gainsaying that these have had enormous impacts on our people and communities. His contributions to industrialization, economic transformation and job creation are legendary.


“On behalf of NACCIMA, I salute our Titan and celebrate his many achievements in building sustainable businesses, empowering industries, mentoring and inspiring generations of entrepreneurs. Alhaji Dangote’s legacy of resilience, vision and impact will continue to inspire us at NACCIMA,” the tribute read.


Engr. Jani Ibrahim wished Alhaji Aliko Dangote more grace, longer life, good health and greater milestones as he continues to drive industrialisation and build business empires in the service of humanity.

  The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has released the full list of 16 officers of the Armed Forces of Nigeria who were indicted by a Special Investigative Panel over allegations of serious misconduct, including an alleged plot to overthrow the government of President Bola Tinubu. The Director of Defence Information, Major General Samaila Uba, disclosed on Monday that the panel had concluded its investigation and found that several of the officers had cases to answer. He said the affected personnel would now face a military Court Martial in line with established procedures and extant regulations. Major Gen. The federal government has declared Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20, 2026, as public holidays to mark Eid-ul-Fitr. A statement on Tuesday, 17 March, by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, Mrs Magdalene Ajani, urged Muslims to sustain the virtues of love, generosity, peace, tolerance, and sacrifice emphasised during the holy month of Ramadan.
