When the hunter becomes the hunted, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has disclosed that the agency recovered a total of N566.3 billion over the past two years.

According to him, the EFCC received 15,724 petitions during the period under review, out of which 12,928 cases were thoroughly investigated.

Olukoyede further revealed that 55 employees of the commission were dismissed within the same period for various acts of misconduct, reaffirming the EFCC’s commitment to accountability and internal discipline.
