Without seats for both pregnant women or people with one physical disability or another to seat while waiting for the bus to open the door, people have called on the management to alleviate the pains people are being subjected to.

Imagine people standing on queue, from 2pm till 4.50pm, when the bus that had parked eventually decided to load while six buses plying Iyana Ipaja, etc had come and gone.

Speaking with allcitynews, some of the  commuters blamed the manager of the Ojodu Berger route, Madam Sarah over  the systematic subjecting people into avoidable hardship.

According to one of the  passengers, Mr  Kazeem Oladeinde, who wore his office tag on his chest, "Other routes have enough buses that are coming and going while the ones of Ojodu Berger are not available for the passengers."

On her own part, Mrs Okon Udoh, "We are always surprised due to the harsh condition Ojodu Berger BRT manager, Sarah making people to spend hours on queue until people are upto 40 people before she will allow the bus to load.

"Painfully, people are being compelled to queue without any single seat for them.
Sarah boastful said, until we are upto 40 on the queue, the bus will not load.

"She is misbehaving probably because she has someone at the top that is giving her confidence to treat people without respect.

"Passengers are facing toughest period in history of public transportation in Lagos State, as the management team of Lagos Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) suddenly injected unfriendly operating system."

It would be recalled that BRT, being regulated by the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) suddenly brought in, a change in the way the public mass transist,  being operated by Primero Transport Services Limited, introduced new style whereby passengers are meant to stay in long queues inside hot weather or  inside raining period.

Allcitynews findings discovered that the new style, applicable mostly at Tafawa Balewa Square, Leventis Bus- Stop, Yaba and Berger Bus terminals, is affecting commuters on Ojodu Berger along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Road route
