General Overseer, MFM, Dr D.K Olukoya clarifies meaning of "Fall Down And Die" kind of prayer

The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), worldwide, Dr Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, has again clarified the church's kind of prayer for everyone to know  that human beings are not the  targets but  the  power  behind the  problems.

The  explanation is becoming imperative following the misconceptions from many people from  many quarters, who not only criticise the prayer,  "FALL  DOWN AND DIE" but believe such prayer is  focusing or is  an attack on human beings.

According to  the Cleric, "We all  know  that  spirits don't die,  you  can only demobilise or deactivate their powers and operations ffrom people's lives. You can not kill spirit, but you can only make them ineffective towards your life and your affairs.

"When we say "fall down and die, we are only addressing the evil powers behind problems confronting people, we are not telling human beings to fall down and die."

For example, there was the case involving a nine years old girl. She got initiated into witchcraft world through  what they served in her classroom in the  school. She found herself in the  evil meeting without any power to resist such evil meetings. She  joined them to eat meats brought  by other group  members. When it was  her  turn, they  told her  to  bring her own donation. She  donated her mother,  at  another  time,  wrecked her father's work without weighing the  consequences. Until  her father, upon  hearing of MFM brought her  to Deliverance Ground  where  she was  delivered  from  the  evil powers that came into her  life through school mates.

The fall  down and die prayer is attacking the power behind the problems,  not against human beings.
Another instance involved a woman.  She went to bed but woke up with one  of her breasts with stone-like  object and  the breast almost touching the  ground. Medical  houses or specialist doctors did  not have solutions to the strange ailments. She was only set free from the  problems that  came upon her life within night by "Fall  Down And Die" kind  of prayer.

  The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has released the full list of 16 officers of the Armed Forces of Nigeria who were indicted by a Special Investigative Panel over allegations of serious misconduct, including an alleged plot to overthrow the government of President Bola Tinubu.
