When Madam Omowunmi Adelaja Abosede turned 50 on Saturday, 6 December 2025, it was more than just a milestone.

In a nutshell,  it was a community celebration of someone that is known and loved for years, as most people from the neighbourhood joined in the celebration for the purpose to honour their relationship and share their love.








A 50th birthday is a big deal. It marks five whole decades of life, love, laughter, and everything in between. For some, turning 50 is exciting. For others, it feels a little overwhelming. Whichever way, this milestone deserved to be celebrated with kind words, heartfelt messages.

According to the children their mother is only getting better with age, she has over the years built a life to be proud of.

The birthday celebration was really what mattered the most as the children of the  celebrant took time to commend and prayed for their mother.





















With much to eat and drink, the atmosphere was charged with sober reflection when the celebrant used the medium to praise God that delivered her from domestic incident that almost claimed her life.

"My mother has always and will continued to be all-round pillar for the entire family because she a prayer warrior. Her fervency in prayer always give us the confidence to go ahead with our heart desires because we have a mother that can stand in the gap for us," two of her children said.

Likewise the husband who could not hide his joy over the birthday of his wife commended her for always being there for him despite the economic situations in the country.












The celebration was witnessed with  many friends from her church, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) even the Mummy GO, the wife of the Regional Overseer of Akute, now the Regional Overseer of MFM Agbede, Ikorodu, Pastor Mrs David Adelaja-Fredricks, and also her colleagues who spent time for their  observatory remarks  on  how Mrs Omowunmi Adelaja Abosede had been a mentor and had lifted them into limelight.

  The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has released the full list of 16 officers of the Armed Forces of Nigeria who were indicted by a Special Investigative Panel over allegations of serious misconduct, including an alleged plot to overthrow the government of President Bola Tinubu. The Director of Defence Information, Major General Samaila Uba, disclosed on Monday that the panel had concluded its investigation and found that several of the officers had cases to answer. He said the affected personnel would now face a military Court Martial in line with established procedures and extant regulations. Major Gen.
