How Nestlé Nigeria recorded strong growth, profitability in 9 month 2025's results amidst economic downturn

  By allcitynews.blog  Nestlé Nigeria PLC has announced a strong financial performance for the first nine months of 2025, reflecting sustained profitability and growth momentum across its operations amidst economic downturn. According to the company’s financial report for the period January to September 2025, Nestlé Nigeria recorded a 33 per cent increase in revenue, reaching ₦884.5 billion, compared to ₦665.3 billion posted during the same period in 2024. The report also showed a significant rise in operating profit, which grew by 63.6 per cent to ₦181.3 billion, up from ₦110.8 billion in the corresponding period of 2024. Nestlé’s profit before tax stood at ₦127.9 billion, representing a turnaround from the ₦255.4 billion loss recorded in the same period of 2024. Similarly, profit after tax rose to ₦72.5 billion, reversing the ₦184.3 billion loss posted in 2024. More reactions trail G.O of MFM's open tribute to late evangelist, Uma Ukpai

  By allcitynews.ng  More reactions have trailed the tribute from the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, as he joined millions of Nigerians in mourning the passage of the renowned evangelist, Uma Ukpai. When Dr. Olukoya, from the pupil, announced the death of Uma Ukpai,  the cleric reminded everyone of the popular saying, that "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal".  Since his remarks on the demise of the late evangelist three weeks ago, many people, both MFM members and other Christians from other denominations have been expressing their comments saying the tribute from a cleric like Olukoya has cemented their faith as it has shown that he is in oneness with other anointed men and women of God.
