As part of efforts to deepen  its connection with consumers across, MILO has rolled out an ambitious 30-day gifting campaign across Northern Nigeria.

The programme, said MILO, is meant as a way of touching thousands of lives and strengthening community bonds during the holy month.

The initiative will see the distribution of over one million sampled cups of MILO, more than 1,000 cartons of the iconic beverage, alongside essential Iftar support items including prayer mats, prayer kettles, and plastic buckets to families across the region.

Designed to make a meaningful impact, the donations will be channelled through 100 religious and community leaders overseeing mosques with an average congregation of 300 worshippers each, ensuring the items reach families who need them most.

Speaking at the official launch, the Category Manager for Beverages,

Gilbert Tweneboah-Koduah,  said the campaign reflects MILO’s commitment to its consumers beyond commercial engagement.

“Executing this initiative during Ramadan reflects our commitment to deepening our connection with our consumers. By providing essential items for Iftar, we are supporting families and aligning our actions with the values of care and compassion,” he stated.

The campaign has also received a major boost from MILO ambassadors, including Super Eagles star Ahmed Musa, Mansurah Isah, and Sulaimon Bosho, who have amplified the message of unity and generosity across communities.

Commending the initiative, Sheikh Ibrahim Shehi Mai Hula, Chairman of the Kano State Hisbah Board, praised the brand for extending its impact beyond business.

“It’s great to see MILO, a brand we trust, go beyond commercial sales to support those in need during Ramadan. Their donation is helping us reach more people, and we are grateful for their generosity,” he said.

Beyond the Ramadan campaign, MILO continues to demonstrate long-term commitment to youth development through initiatives such as MILO Building Champs, the MILO Building Champs Sports Fest, and the MILO Basketball Championship, reinforcing its role in nurturing future champions and building stronger communities nationwide.

As Ramadan unfolds, MILO’s outreach stands as a reminder that the season is not just about fasting—but about sharing, caring, and uplifting one another.
